I was recently allowed to see the first couple episodes of Adventure Time, the new cartoon series premiering on Cartoon Network April 5th. I was a huge fan of the original short film and I was worried…worried that it might not translate into a television series. After viewing the first couple episodes in a high security vault. I emerged from Cartoon Network’s headquarters elated. Folks: the show is absolutely amazing. In fact, if Adventure Time doesn’t become the new Spongebob Squarepants I’d be really shocked. It’s that good.
